NRC Announces Open Season for the Aurora West Lateral

NRC is holding an open season for the Aurora West Lateral of its larger Clay Center to Columbus Pipeline. The open season will run from January 23rd to February 22nd. Bidders will be notified of the results by March 14th. See the Aurora West Open Season...

NRC Makes Filing with Nebraska PSC

On January 15th 2008 NRC filed its initial application for approval of its proposed pipeline with the Nebraska Public Service Commission. The filing is NRC's first filing with the PSC that directly relates to NRC's proposed pipeline.

Aurora Public Meeting Announcement

Nebraska PSC Issues Ruling

The Nebraska Public Service Commission issued a ruling on October 29, 2007. The ruling was not a direct ruling on the NRC project, but NRC considers the ruling to be a positive step. See Oct 29 PSC order in the document section. |
